This spacious 5 bedroom new build chalet in Morzine with hot tub sleeps 14 guests and has stunning mountain views.
Set above the surrounding chalets, this property has uninterpreted views to the Nyon ski area. It is just 4 minutes walk to the bus stop which goes regularly the ski lifts and Morzine village. It is just 20 minutes walk to town, so easy to wander in for the evening.
The chalet has a large hot tub which benefits from the mountain views. There is a cinema room and a huge well appointed boot room as well as covered parking.
This is the perfect chalet for a large group to enjoy the mountains together.
The chalet is arranged over 3 levels. The ground floor has a hall way with cupboards, the large boot room which is accessed through a separate external door and the cinema room. Two of the 5 ensuite bedrooms are on this level and there is a utility room.
The large open plan living area takes the whole of the first floor. The views are stunning and the wrap around balcony and floor to ceiling windows make the most of it. The hot tub is on this balcony.
The living area has dining for 14 guests and a modern sleek kitchen. There are two sitting areas, one around the SMART TV and one around the fire.
The second floor has vaulted ceilings and has the 3 other ensuite bedrooms. There is a master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom and dressing area. Then there are a further 2 large double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. Both rooms have been designed with a separate dressing area of bunk room.
The ensuite shower rooms in the chalet are very large, so if you like to spend time pampering this is an ideal property for you.
We will be at the chalet to welcome you and make you feel at home. Your host will answer any of your questions about the chalet, your stay or the resort. We will remain on hand to help with anything required during the week.

Situated in La Mernaz a sought after area of Morzine centre the chalet commands excellent views and sunshine throughout the day to sunset in the evening.
It is 20 minutes walk to Morzine Village.
There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk away that takes you to the Pleney and SuperMorzine lifts every 15 minutes.
You can walk about 10 minutes to the bus that takes you to Prodains (Avoriaz) every 10 minutes.
