Making Bookings And Payments Easier

Here at Elevation we have been working hard to launch our new Online Booking System, making managing bookings and payments easier for our guests.

We are proud to be a small independent and local chalet company here in Morzine, but that sometimes means we are not in the office or near the credit card machine.  Our new online payment system means that guests can pay any amount, whenever they like without having to call us.  Online payments are handled by Stripe, one of the most trusted and best known online payment systems, giving our customers complete peace of mind.

The system also allows guest to manage their booking.  They can add guest names, lift pass orders, arrival times to their order.  Guests can also message us directly about our full range of concierge services like chefs, transfers, grocery shops and wine deliveries.

The system automatically updates our availability on our website meaning it is always up to date.

With at least 8 new apartments and chalets for Winter 2017/18 it was important we got the system up and running. So we are very excited that we are able to officially launch this quickly after the end of the season.

We are looking forward to spending a lot less time on spreadsheets and a lot more time with our guests.
