    A prestigious self catered chalet in central Morzine which has been designed to the highest specification.  At 275m² arranged over 3 floors, Les Roches Noires it is both a spacious and an imposing chalet.  The vaulted ceilings of the living and kitchen area with its mixture of stone and wood are truly magnificent.  The bedrooms are all very spacious with en-suite bathrooms.

    Situated in the heart of Morzine everything is on your doorstep here.  You can relax in the knowledge that everything is accessible on foot even if you have toddlers in your group.

    The Highest Specification

    From the moment you arrive at this luxury self catered chalet you appreciate the effort that has gone into its design.  From the stone work in the entry hallway, a feature that continues through the chalet, to the vaulted ceilings of the split level living areas.  The kitchen will be the envy of any professional chef, everything has been thought about and upon your request we can make sure the wine store is stocked prior to you arrival.

    From returning from a hard day on the mountain you can unwind in the Sauna, relax in front of the fire (all wood and kindling is provided for your use) or watch a movie on the split level living room.

    Booking Les Roches Noires

    Les Roches Noires is available as a holiday rental via our sister company Morzine Immobilier .  Once you have reserved your week and we have been in touch with you to confirm, we will pass you on to their team for the accommodation payment.

    Elevation Alps will look after you from beginning to end, including a personal welcome to the chalet.  We will ensure the chalet is set up for your personal specification. All towels, linen and a welcome pack are included.

    You can add extra services to your booking like liftpasses, airport transfers and more.  We want you to start your holiday straight away, so your ski passes will be ready for you and your skis and ski boots will be fitted in the boot room.

    Location

    Possibly the best location in Central Morzine.  Mountain lifts, restaurants and shops are all on your doorstep.  A mere 50m to the Super Morzine telecabine.

    If you do not want to walk the 400m to the Pleney telecabine then just jump on the free petite train that will swiftly take you there.

    Access

    All our chalets and apartments have keysafes or codes meaning you do not need to worry about keys.  We will send you details of these codes and other useful information about your property about 2 weeks prior to arrival.

    We will always aim to be there to greet you when you arrive but if we are running late, you will be able to get in and make yourselves at home.
