We had a great week in Altaka 4. The apartment was perfect. Comfortable rooms, everything you needed for the week. A supply of wood for the open fire and a great hot tub. The local staff were very helpful. The ski hire service was great, everything delivered and fitted at the residence. Lovely views from the terraces. Not ski out but close enough to slopes anyway. Ski in possible for average skiers. We will definitely use Elevation Alps next time we go to Morzine

There is a large open plan living area with a large central fire.
A very large and well equipped kitchen allows the cook or private chef to be social with the whole group. The washing machine and tumble dryer is in a separate utility room.
There is comfortable dining for everyone.
The hot tub is on the secluded rear terrace.
A SMART TV with English channels allows everyone to be entertained and there is wifi throughout the property.
The apartment is all on one level and has wide doorways, making it easily accessible. There is a lift from the ground floor. There is a disabled parking space just outside the residence door.

There is a private garage with a ski rack and boot warmers.
There is also private parking outside the residence for 2 cars.
The large decked terrace has outside dining and a gas BBQ.
There is bike storage in secure garage.
Location
It is 6 minutes walk into Morzine centre for the restaurants, shops and bars. The Pleney ski lift is 9 minutes walk away. The SuperMorzine is 10 minutes walk. We can help you organise slope transfers.
In good conditions and if you are an intermediate skier, you can ski back to the driveway of the apartment from the blue “Piste B”.
The apartment has a slightly elevated position which gives a real feeling of peace and quiet whilst also being very near to Morzine centre.
