Summer 2026 brings the biggest trail expansion to Morzine Bike Park in recent memory.
In neighbouring Les Gets, a brand-new beginners’ trail has been created, accessed from the top of the Chavannes chairlift, featuring playful wooden features, gentle gradients, wide turns, and confidence-building modules designed for mountain bikers of all ages.
The Retour has also been given a new, more playful design and a new name — it’s now called Repeat, because you’ll want to ride it over and over again.
And for the more experiences rider there are three new black technical singletracks: Woodride, Legal 1.0, and Legal 2.0. These additions directly respond to years of community feedback calling for more technical variety on Pleney.
Woodride is the headline addition. Opening in July and accessible from the top of the bike park, Woodride joins the existing Mainline trail halfway down. Its purpose is to improve flow and technical variety on Pleney — riders will discover rolling terrain, forest sections, berms, small kickers, and natural undulations. Those who have already trialled the trail found it to be more challenging and technical than the iconic Pleney Mainline.
Legal 1.0 and Legal 2.0 are two new mini black trails added as off-shoots and extensions to the existing blue Twisty trail — part of a wider initiative to increase riding sections and legalise some of the previous freeride areas.

And of course, all of this sits within a network of over 600 kilometres of marked mountain bike trails across the Portes du Soleil, catering to riders of all levels.
