The cleanliness of our hot tubs is important to us. We empty, clean and refill for every booking which means that hot tubs are out of use on arrival day.

The open plan living area has a large modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. The dining area comfortably seats 13 and there is plenty of sofa space around the real open fire. The patio windows lead to the south facing terrace and have mountain views of the Pleney slopes.
The terrace leads to the separate play room which is above the boot room. The playroom has a SMART TV and a PlayStation. The hot tub is visible from the living room patio doors. The living room and the bunk room have SMART TVs. There is a SONOS music system throughout the chalet.
In the winter there is private parking for 2 cars. In the summer there is private parking for 4 cars.
The chalet has a large south facing terrace which has a dining table, chairs and loungers. Continuing on the terrace is the hot tub which is fenced off for safety. The garden has a lawn and a fun tree trunk table and stools. The chalet is at the end of a quiet lane. It is an ideal chalet for kids to play safely outside.
Bike storage is in the boot room and fits about 6 mountain bikes.

The chalet is in central Morzine and is 8 minutes walk to the SuperMorzine ski lift, bars and restaurants.
The free ski bus stop is just 2 minutes from the chalet if you wish to take it to the Pleney lift, or you can jump on the free Petit Train at the SuperMorzine lift
