If you have chosen a private transfer your driver will leave immediately. If you have chosen the shared option you may wait for other guests from other flights although their aim is very much to ensure your waiting time is to a minimum. Which ever service you choose, the transfers can be booked around your flight time.
Their transfers are competitively priced vs other local providers. A private return transfer from Geneva for up to 8 guests is around €500. Shared return transfers from Geneva are around €85 per person. This price reduces the more guests are in the group. Transfers for groups of 9 + can also be arranged.
