What are serviced chalets?

Serviced chalets are self catered chalets which include mid stay cleaning in addition to other inclusions; linen and towels, meet & greet and end of stay cleaning.   Here is list of our serviced chalets:

Penthouse Snowgum / Chalet Kapa / Chalet Pavot – hosted chalets, part of our Signature Collection.

Do you have any accessible chalets?

Yes, we have a number of apartments which are all on one level and have wide openings to allow for wheel chairs.   Get in touch with us to discuss your specific needs.

What should I do if I can’t see my dates?

If you want specific dates or you can’t find the dates you are looking for, then contact us.  We are always happy to check for you.  Perhaps we have something that we can suggest.

When do I pay my balance?

Accommodation balances are due 8 weeks prior to arrival.  You will receive an automated email to remind you.

You can pay via your online booking.  Log on and navigate to the “Payments” tab.  Click “pay accommodation” to see the different ways to pay.  You can pay via Stripe with a credit or debit card.  Alternatively you can pay us by bank transfer.  If you choose the bank transfer then remember to let us know that it is on its way.

You can also choose a custom amount to pay, if you want other members of you party to pay their share.

How do I book?

Our live availability allows you to book easily online. Select your dates and click “book”.  A reservation form will appear for you to complete.  Then you will be asked to add details to pay 25% deposit.  We will process your deposit payment and confirm your reservation.

Balance payments are due 8 weeks prior to arrival.  You will receive an automated email from us to remind you.

 

Partner Chalets

If you would like to book one the chalets that we advertise for our sister company, Morzine Immo, select your dates and click “book”.  A reservation form will appear for you to complete.  Once we have received the form we will communicate with Morzine Immo on your behalf.  They will be in touch to confirm and process a deposit payment.  They will manage your booking from beginning to end.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Accommodation

The 25% deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.

Notification of cancellation more than 8 weeks before the commencement of your holiday – You are still liable for 25% of the total cost due of your Vacation Property.

Notification of cancellation less than 8 weeks before the commencement of your holiday – You are still liable to pay 100% of total cost due of your Vacation Property.

Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your insurance policy.

 

Extras

Referring to booked with us and paid for via your online booking, like catering or deliveries

Notification of cancellation more than 1 week before the commencement of your holiday – 100% refund.

Notification of cancellation less than 1 week before the commencement of your holiday – you are still liable for 100% of the total cost.

Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your insurance policy.

 

3rd party bookings

If you have booked with a 3rd party,  for example, airport transfers, private chef, ski lessons or ski hire, you should contact them to find out their cancellation policy.

 

 

 

Can I store bags?

Yes, most of our chalets have somewhere that you can store bags either before check in or after check out.   But be aware that it will be in a boot room or garage, which can be accessed by our staff and the previous or next guests.  You can tell us that you want a “bag drop” on your online booking under Booking Information.

 

You can NOT store bags at Chalet V.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in is at 5pm

Check out is at 10am
