Altaka 4 is a fabulous, central Morzine serviced apartment with a hot tub. At 150m² it has spacious living areas with panoramic views of Morzine. You can book this apartment as a luxury serviced self catered apartment or alternatively you can add catering, extra housekeeping and other concierge services.
This beautiful apartment sleeps up to 9 in 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite. Contemporary design and high quality finishes are paramount in this apartment along with the spacious living accommodation that it has to offer.
Overlooking Morzine the views are stunning from the living areas or from the terrace, with plenty of light and sunshine flooding the property. The large terrace that surrounds the property includes a private hot tub. The terrace leads straight onto the pastures of the Pleney mountain slopes. As the residence is set into the hill side, there is only one apartment above it and nothing below, so it feels very private.
Just 5 minutes’ walk from Morzine village. The Pleney telecabine is a 10 minute walk and the SuperMorzine is an 8 minute walk. In good conditions intermediate skiers can ski back to the apartment.
There is a large open plan living area with a large central fire which guests can use. A very large and well equipped kitchen allows the cook or private chef to be social with the whole group. There is comfortable dining for everyone. A SMART TV with English channels allows everyone to be entertained and there is wifi throughout the property.
The 2 master bedrooms have superking beds, ensuite shower rooms and private balconies. Bedroom 3 can be a double or twin room and shares the house bathroom with the good sized triple bunk room. All the bedrooms have plenty of storage.
The utility room is on the floor below and houses the washing machine and tumble dryer along with some extra storage space. A cot and high chair are available on request.
There is a private garage with a ski rack and boot warmers. There is also private parking outside the residence for 2 cars.

It is 5 minutes walk into Morzine centre for the restaurants, shops and bars.
The Pleney telecabine is 10 minutes walk away. The SuperMorzine is 8 minutes walk. A slope transfer can be added to your booking.
In good conditions and if you are an intermediate skier, you can ski back to the apartment from the “Piste B” blue run on the Pleney slope.
The apartment has a slightly elevated position which gives a real feeling of peace and quiet whilst also being very near to town.

All our chalets and apartments have keysafes or codes meaning you do not need to worry about keys. We will send you details of these codes and other useful information about your property about 2 weeks prior to arrival.
We will always aim to be there to greet you when you arrive but if we are running late, you will be able to get in and make yourselves at home.
