Chalet Kapa

Aged wood has been used for the exterior and continues inside in a true chalet style.  No expense has been spared with the interior, along with luxury furnishings, there is a state of the art sound system in all the rooms, a huge internet connected TV in the living area and TVs in the bedrooms.

The impressive open plan living floor extends the full area of the chalet with huge windows at either end and fire.  Sliding doors take in the fantastic views over the village and lead onto a full width balcony.  To the rear, there are more patio windows leading out to the terrace and hot tub.  The central kitchen is sleek and modern with bar stools making cooking a more social experience.

The large entrance hall has plenty of storage for outdoor kit.  There is ski storage and boot dryers in the garage.

The washing machine, tumble dryer and extra fridge is in the garage.

A state of the art music system for the whole chalet.  The 80 inch SMART TV in the living room has access to streaming services.  There are TVs in all the bedrooms.

The chalet has a hot tub on the terrace and a small sauna.

There is private parking on the drive for 2 or cars. The garage can also be used for a car if you want a covered space.

The large terrace at the rear at the rear of the chalet is south facing and backs onto open fields.  There is high quality outdoor furniture including dining and lounging.  The terrace is secured around its perimeter.
