The building was an old farmhouse and has been sympathetically renovated with exposed stone walls and beams.

A note about hot tubs
The cleanliness of our hot tubs is important to us. We empty, clean and refill for every booking which means that hot tubs are out of use on arrival day.
Just returned from our 4th stay with Elevation Alps in Morzine. Fantastic property as usual. They obviously have a very high standard for all their properties from 2 bed apartments to 5 bed chalets. Wouldn’t even consider another company and looking forward to the release dates for 25/26 season so we can book again. Excellent staff and comms.. keep up the good work.

The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped, an ideal place for a group to cook together. A large dining table sits adjacent to the kitchen. The sitting area with a TV is round the corner from, so although this floor is open plan the zones feel separated. The sitting area has a wood burner and soft furnishings making it feel warm and cosy.
The boot room on the the lower floor is one of the best things about this chalet. It has long benches, hooks and shelves for helmets. The kit for 14 people can be stored here easily and no one will be tripping over others to get ready. The boot room which can be accessed directly from outside and there is a separate ski locker on the exterior of the chalet. The utility room on the lower floor has the laundry and plenty of extra storage. There are 2 separate WCs, one on the ground floor and one on the lower ground floor.
The TV and games room is generous in size and has plenty of seating. There is a SMART TV which has access to French and English channels. There is a table football and other games.
The chalet has a large south facing terrace and a garden, BBQ and hot tub . There is dining and lounging outdoor furniture furniture. There is large solid shed for locking away bikes.
Location
Chalet La Ferme is just 250m from the SuperMorzine ski lift and Morzine village centre.
The Sherpa supermarket is 270m away.
This renovated old farm is situated on one Morzine’s historic old streets with characterful buildings.
