Luxury chalets in Morzine
La Ferme is a spacious 6 bedroom chalet in the heart of Morzine. Set over 4 floors with generous sized rooms, there is plenty of space for a large group. It is just a couple of minutes walk from the village centre and the Super Morzine ski lift along a charming historic lane. The building was an old farmhouse and has been sympathetically renovated with exposed stone walls and beams.
The chalet has a hot tub and a separate large TV and games room. With a large garden, sunny terrace, and secure bike storage, it’s well suited for a summer active mountain holiday.
The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped, an ideal place for a group to cook together. A large dining table sits adjacent to the kitchen. The sitting area with a TV is round the corner from, so although this floor is open plan the zones feel separated. The sitting area has a wood burner and soft furnishings making it feel warm and cosy.
The bedrooms are set over the two upper floors. All 6 bedrooms are ensuite and include heated towel rails. All the beds can be made as double or twin beds making this an ideal chalet for any group. The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe storage and access to the balconies.
The TV and games room is generous in size and has plenty of seating. There is a SMART TV which has access to French and English channels. There is a table football and other games.
The boot room on the the lower floor is one of the best things about this chalet. It has long benches, hooks and shelves for helmets. The kit for 14 people can be stored here easily and no one will be tripping over others to get ready. The boot room which can be accessed directly from outside and there is a separate ski locker on the exterior of the chalet.
The utility room on the lower floor has the laundry and plenty of extra storage.
There are 2 separate WCs, one on the ground floor and one on the lower ground floor.
In summer, guests can enjoy the south facing outdoor terrace and garden, BBQ and hot tub . There is dining and lounging outdoor furniture furniture. There is large solid shed for locking away bikes.
