Chalet Pavot is an impressive brand new luxury serviced chalet 10 minutes walk from the SuperMorzine Lift .
Sleeping up to 12 guests in 5 ensuite bedrooms, the chalet has a sauna, private hot tub, cinema room and enjoys beautiful views of the mountains. With a south facing location the chalet fills with light and warmth during the day and when the evening chill takes hold is transformed into a cosy haven with help from the central living room fire burner.
The interiors are modern and chic with no expense spared, even down to the finer details such as the sophisticated light fittings and designer upholstered head boards. Sonos and individual speakers are available to use in all rooms.
The chalet is the perfect space for a large groups of families or friends to eat or spend time together or to have quieter time apart.
Chalet Pavot is well designed and includes lots of storage just in the places your need it and extra little thoughts like full length mirrors in all the bedrooms.
The living space takes up the whole of the first floor and features double height vaulted ceilings and picture windows wit maximising he striking, uninterrupted views of Pleney and Nyon.
There are two seating zones, one of which centres around the fire. The other is focused on the large SMART TV with connection to streaming services (Netflix and Apple TV).
The kitchen has a large island with an induction hob with inbuilt extractor. There is bar stool seating around the island for relaxed socialising. The kitchen has a large fridge, dishwasher and wine fridge. The dining table seats all 12 guests comfortably.
The master bedroom expands 30sqm across the top floor of the chalet. The emperor bed faces picture windows which frames a view of the peaks beyond. The huge bathroom includes a statement bath, a large walk in shower and double sink. The WC is separate to the bathroom.
Bedroom 2, 3 have superking beds and bedroom 4 has a large double bed and all can be made as twins. They have ensuite shower rooms and storage.
The flexible bunk with a large TV could be a kids room with plenty of space for hanging out or playing. But it also sleeps adults comfortably in the standard sized solid bunk beds. This large room has a SMART TV and bean bags. The room has an ensuite shower room and patio doors onto a large fenced terrace which could act as outside playing space in the summer. There is a large wardrobe and storage under the TV and the bottom bunkbeds. The bunks each have a reading light and plug plus a privacy curtain.
After a long day’s activities in the mountains, there is nothing better than relaxing in your own private spa. First melt away the knots in the jacuzzi jets, then bask in the warmth of the sauna and feel rejuvenated while admiring the view. Chalet Pavot features a private external hot tub which is large enough for 8 guests. Just inside the door to the hot tub there is a spacious sauna. Alongside is a shower and there is a toilet across the hall.
You can watch a movie in the new cinema room which has a 85 inch SMART screen and surround sound.
One of our favourite features of Chalet Pavot is the excellent design and flow of the chalet. The lower ground floor is the “wet” zone and features the excellently appointed ski and boot room, the laundry, the sauna and exterior hot tub access. There is also a shower and toilet on this floor.
The Laundry has a washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra fridge freezer with ice making machine.
The excellently appointed ski and boot room has boot dryers and plenty of storage for skis, helmets and boots and a bench.
There parking for 3 vehicles; 2 on the drive and one under cover. There is an electric car charging point.
The chalet has WIFI throughout.
The chalet has a large lockable garage for bike storage. There are a number of south and west facing terraces and balconies which get the sun all day and into the evening. The ground floor terrace has the hot tub and some seating, ideal if you want to keep an eye on kids in the hot tub. All the balconies have some seating including those off the bedrooms. An outdoor dining table and benches for about 8 guests and a gas BBQ are situated on the west facing terrace off the bunk room which gets the evening sun.

Chalet Pavot is situated 10 minutes walk away from the Super Morzine telecabine and the Morzine village centre.
It is on the sunny side of the valley, from which you can also easily access the Avoriaz ski area via the Ardent telecabine and Montriond village.
Towards Morzine:
In 10 minutes you can walk to the Super Morzine telecabine via the suspension bridge. Just beyond that lift is the village centre.
To reach the Pleney telecabine, you can either walk past the SuperMorzine lift and across the town square or you can take the free bus minibus service from Super Morzine over to the Pleney.
Access to Avoriaz Ski Area (via Montriond/Ardent):
Just a few minutes walk away is the bus stop to the Ardent telecabine (line M) which gives you access straight into the pistes of Avoriaz, in the heart of the Portes du Soleil. At Ardent you will find the most popular apres bar Happy Hours along with another friendly bar and ski hire shops. The easy access and apres are why this is the local’s favourite lift.

We recommend you book any ski lessons to start at Pleney or Avoriaz as these places are easier to get to from the chalet. Ask our advice before you book.
Our ski hire partner, All Mountain Rental is 100m from the chalet and a new restaurant called L’Arret d’bus is 250m away.
