Chalet Pavot is an impressive brand new luxury serviced chalet 10 minutes walk from the SuperMorzine Lift .

Sleeping up to 12 guests in 5 ensuite bedrooms, the chalet has a sauna, private hot tub and enjoys beautiful views of the mountains. With a south facing location the chalet fills with light and warmth during the day and when the evening chill takes hold is transformed into a cosy haven with help from the central living room fire burner.

The interiors are modern and chic with no expense spared, even down to the finer details such as the sophisticated light fittings and designer upholstered head boards. Sonos and individual speakers are available to use in all rooms.

The open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge is a perfect space for a large group of 2 to 3 families to eat together, play board games, watch the large flat screen TV or enjoy a drink whilst enjoying the views. This floor has been created with floor to ceiling double-height windows to maximise the striking, uninterrupted views of Pleney and Nyon.

Chalet Pavot is well designed and includes lots of storage just in the places your need it and extra little thoughts like full length mirrors in all the bedrooms.

Open Plan Living at Chalet Pavot

The living space takes up the whole of the first floor and features double height vaulted ceilings and picture windows with stunning views.

There are two seating zones, one of which centres around the fire.  The other is focused on the large SMART TV with connection to streaming services (Netflix and Apple TV).

The kitchen has a large island with a induction hob with inbuilt extractor.  There is bar stool seating around the island for relaxed socialising.  The kitchen has a large fridge, dishwasher and wine fridge. .   The dining table seats all 12 guests comfortably.

Bedrooms at Chalet Pavot

The master bedroom expands 30sqm across the top floor of the chalet.  The emperor bed faces picture windows which frames a view of the peaks beyond.  The huge bathroom includes a statement bath, a large walk in shower and double sink.  The WC is separate to the bathroom.

Bedroom 2, 3 have superking beds and bedroom 4 has a large double bed and all can be made as twins.  They have ensuite shower rooms and storage.

The flexible bunk / TV room could be a kids room with plenty of space for hanging out or playing.  But it also sleeps adults comfortably in the standard sized solid bunk beds.  This large room has a SMART TV and bean bags.   The room has an ensuite shower room and patio doors onto a large fenced terrace which could act as outside playing space in the summer.  There is a large wardrobe and storage under the TV and the bottom bunkbeds.  The bunks each have a reading light and plug plus a privacy curtain.

Relaxation at Chalet Pavot

After a long day’s activities in the mountains, there is nothing better than relaxing in your own private spa. First melt away the knots in the jacuzzi jets, then bask in the warmth of the sauna and feel rejuvenated while admiring the view. Chalet Pavot features a private external hot tub which is large enough for 8 guests.  Just inside the door to the hot tub there is a spacious sauna. Alongside is a shower and there is a toilet across the hall.

Other Amenities at Chalet Pavot

One of our favourite features of Chalet Pavot is the excellent design and flow of the chalet.  The lower ground floor is the “wet” zone and features the excellently appointed ski and boot room, the laundry, the sauna and exterior hot tub access.  There is also a shower and toilet on this floor. 

The Laundry has a washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra fridge freezer with ice making machine.

The excellently appointed ski and boot room has boot dryers and plenty of storage for skis, helmets and boots and a bench.

There parking for 3 vehicles;  2 on the drive and one under cover.

The chalet has wifi throughout.
