The apartment is on the ground floor with plenty of light coming from large patio windows into the spacious open plan living area.
A sleek modern kitchen with a breakfast bar faces onto dining and a comfortable seating area.
The boot room is below the apartment which has a separate entrance, boot warmers and plenty of storage space for drying your kit. An internal door leads up to the apartment.
There is a private underground garage space for this apartment.
The apartment has a lovely south facing terrace with outdoor seating and a BBQ. There is secure storage for bikes.
Location
Chalet Des Nants is 10 minutes walk to the ski lifts, shops and bars of Morzine. There are a number of ways you can access the slopes. In good conditions you can ski to the Pleney ski lift from 100m away.
Pleney ski lift – 850m / 10 minutes walk.
In good conditions, you can ski to the poma drag lift from just above the apartment, and then down the the Pleney ski lift. To return you can drop off the Fys Piste (blue) to the same point. Note that this route is officially “off piste”.
SuperMorzine ski lift – 1100m / 13 minutes walk. The free Petit Train links the Pleney ski lift with the SuperMorzine ski lift.
Morzine village centre – 900m / 10 minutes walk
Don’t walk in your ski boots – you can store ski equipment at the Pleney lift.
Fys Chairlift – a free ski bus every 40 minutes from a stop just 2 minutes walk away.
In good conditions, you can ski to the poma drag lift from just above the apartment, and then down the the Pleney ski lift. To return you can drop off the Fys Piste (blue) to the same point. Note that this route is officially “off piste”.
