Joli is a luxury self catered apartment just minutes from centre of Morzine and the Pleney Telecabine. It is a duplex apartment and sleeps up to 10 guests in 4 ensuite bedrooms. It has a private hot tub on the terrace.
The apartment is part of the Les Chalets Joux Plane residence. The residence is in a prime location just 5 minutes walk on a flat road to the Pleney Telecabine, with the shops and restaurants of town on your doorstep.
The open plan living area is on the upper floor with a balcony to the front of the residence, making the most of the beautiful mountain views beyond. A modern kitchen has everything you or your private chef would need. There is dining for up to 10 guests and comfy seating. The large windows let in light and reveal mountain views to the south and east. There is a south facing balcony off the living room with table and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee.
The 4 bedrooms are en-suite, there are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and a further bedroom on the first floor. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite shower room, a king size or twin beds, a patio door onto the private garden and plenty of storage. Two full sized single beds sit above allowing for this room to flex into a quad room.
The other two bedrooms on the lower floor have king size or twin beds, en-suite shower rooms and full height doors onto the garden or balcony. The 4th bedroom, situated on the first floor will have a double or twin beds and a generous ensuite shower room.
Joli has one of our best media set ups. The lounge and all 4 bedrooms have a SMART TV with an APPLE TV box, meaning that everyone has access to over 500 movies and box sets. Plus you can stream from the internet from Netflix or other streaming site. The apartment has Wifi throughout.
The private terrace has a hot tub for 6-7 guests and outside dining for all. The balcony off the living area also has outdoor seating.
There is a private underground garage which also has a boot room area with boot warmers.

The apartment is in a superb location just 5 minutes from the Pleney telecabine. Perfect for dropping off for ski lessons and kindergarten.
There is a pulley lift opposite the apartment which allows in ski in ski out in with good conditions.
The SuperMorzine lift is just 5 minutes walk on foot or via the free Petit Train from the Pleney Telecabine.
