Penthouse Obelix is a brand new penthouse apartment sleeping 12 guests in the new Le Carlina residence. Penthouse Obelix has everything you would want from the best self catered apartment in Morzine; a huge open plan living space with views on 3 sides, including a view of the Pleney ski slope, a private roof top hot tub, a cinema room, feature fireplace, an office and 5 ensuite bedrooms. At 240 square metres the apartment is very large and commands the perfect position over the Pleney telecabine area of the village.
Le Carlina residence right next to the Pleney Telecabine, making it ski in ski out. This is the main ski lift in Morzine and where all ski lessons meet. It is right in the heart of the village with the shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep.
The 77 square metre open plan living area is designed to both take in the special surroundings of the Pleney and provide a sociable space to enjoy company. The comfortable seating area is situated around an amazing, central fireplace which still allows you to take in the incredible views whilst giving atmosphere to the room.
The kitchen is has two ovens, a microwave, hob, dishwasher and a large fridge. Stools around a peninsula to allow your friends to chat to you while you cook. There is a separate pantry with washing machine and dryer and a freezer.
The large dining table is ideal for entertaining and spending long luxurious evenings over dinner.
Obelix has a rooftop hot tub giving you that extra special experience.
Just off the living room is the family cinema room where you can settle in with cosy seating. There is access to internet TV and also both French and English channels. There is also an office if you need a quiet space for working.
All the bedrooms have luxury standard beds and linen, storage and ensuite facilities. The master bedroom is on the first floor of the apartment. The other 4 bedrooms are on the lower level and include a family room which can sleep four people with bunks and a superking bed which can be two singles.
The apartment has 2 underground parking spaces, with the possibility of a 3rd on request. Please note that as the car park has a small footprint, it can be unsuitable for large vehicles.
There are ski area in the garage area featuring boot dryers, bench, ski rack and drying rack. Also available on request is an electric car charging point.
There is a large lockable garage for bike storage. The large west facing balcony gets the evening sun and has comfy seating and a hanging egg chair. The large patio sliding doors can be opened onto the living and dining areas. The hot tub is directly outside the living room so it is easy to check on kids playing there.

Penthouse Obelix is just 40 metres from the Pleney lift which is the main lift in Morzine and where the ski lessons meet.

The SuperMorzine cable car is 500m away. You can jump on le Petit Train from the Pleney telecabine which will drop you at the SuperMorzine lift every 10 minutes.
The nearest supermarket is 200m away.
