Beautiful apartment, spacious, modern, homely with stylish decor. Kitchen well equipped. As a group of 5 adults, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we had plenty of space. Beautiful views. Central location yet quiet and peaceful. Great access for the Pleney ski area and Avoriaz bus. Ski locker available. Very responsive host and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

The open plan living room has a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining for up to 8 guests and plenty of comfy seating.
There are windows on the south and east sides allowing for plenty of light and views of the surrounding mountains.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the hallway cupboard.
There is a SMART TV with French channels and UK Freeview channels. Wifi throughout the apartment.
There is a double garage in the under ground car park (height limit of 1.9 m).
There is outdoor seating on the balconies. You can store bikes in the secure underground garage.
Location
Right in the heart of the action, La Marmotte is 3 minutes walk to the Pleney ski lift and Morzine village centre. The Piou Piou kindergarten is almost opposite.
Opposite the apartment there is a short button lift which allows you to ski down to the Pleney ski lift making this apartment almost ski in ski out (when conditions allow).
