Underground parking with easy access to Chalet. Beautiful well fitted kitchen with all modern appliances and kitchenware/Glasses. Wifi/TV all worked without issues. Bedrooms good size and en suites lovely with comfortable beds! Support from team in resort was good and pre visit information easy to understand through the well run website. Discount provided for the Multipass added to the enjoyment of summer in the Alps. Lovely wine was a nice welcome touch. Definitely would recommend and planning to return.

The entrance hallway to Lati opens up to an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The owners have done a fantastic job of designing the space and have chosen comfortable and stylish furniture. There is a generous sofa area with plenty of room for friends or family groups to socialise and relax. This apartment feels particularly warm and cosy, a true home from home.
There is a well equipped kitchen with a full size hob and oven as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and family sized fridge/freezer. The dining table seats 8 people.
Underground parking for one car (height limit 1.9m)
There is a wrap around balcony with outdoor dining and lounge seating
There is secure storage for bikes.

Lati is just a few minutes walk away from Morzine centre for the restaurants, shops and bars.
Pleney ski lift is 450m / 6 minutes walk away.
SuperMorzine ski lift is 500m / 6 minutes walk.
Nearest Supermarket – Casino is 500m / 7 minutes walk
Nearest bar – Bec Jaune 200m / 2 minutes walk
The apartment is about 100m from off the blue “Piste B”. In good conditions you can ski back to the apartment by dropping off the piste and skiing down to the apartment.
