Location is great as it’s close to everything with nice bars and restaurants within easy walking distance but still peaceful. The facilities were perfect with super comfy beds. Even as a non-skier I would definitely recommend. A great stay – thank you

The living area is open plan comprising of kitchen, dining and comfortable seating. It has two patio doors leading onto a private terrace giving a dual aspect of the surrounding mountains and the village.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you might need from a luxury serviced apartment.
There is an underground parking space (1.9m height) with a charging point for electric cars.
The balcony has outdoor dining. Bikes can be stored securely.
Location
It is a couple of minutes walk into Morzine centre for the restaurants, shops and bars.
The Pleney ski lift is 6 minutes walk away. The SuperMorzine is 8 minutes walk.
In good conditions you can ski back to the apartment from the “Piste B” blue run on the Pleney slope.
The apartment has a slightly elevated position which gives a real feeling of peace and quiet whilst also being very near to town.
