L’Echo du Pleney, Cosmiques is a brand new 3 bedroom self catered apartment in the centre of Morzine with a hot tub. It is just across the road from the Super Morzine Telecabine in the centre of the village. This unique apartment feels like a stand alone chalet. It has windows on 3 sides, a wrap around terrace and a private hot tub. Cosmiques is at the rear of the residence and is quiet and secluded.
Cosmiques is split over two floors and with a private entrance. It has open plan living with dining, kitchen and lounge area downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. This 70sqm apartments is light and airy with windows on 3 sides. The bedrooms are large in comparison to neighbouring apartments. The living room feels spacious and light.
Cosmiques is a contemporary and stylish living space with a locally sourced art work and comfortable seating. The lounge area has a Smart Tv with sound bar and it’s terrace doors lead out onto the decking.
The well equipped kitchen has plenty of space for catering for 6 people. The kitchen includes a full sized hob and oven as well as a family sized fridge freezer. In addition there is a coffee pod machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
The utility room is perfect for storing away your outdoor coats and boots.
All bedrooms are on the 1st floor of the apartment. The master bedroom has plenty of storage and a good sized ensuite bathroom. The family bathroom is shared by the bunk room and other double room. Both double bedrooms have superking sized beds which can be split into twins if required.
Cosmiques has an underground parking space with electric car charger. There is secure ski storage with boot dryers . The building is serviced by a lift and there are security blinds on all the ground floor windows. For summer bookings secure bike storage is available.

Bunk bed with full size mattresses. It has a good sized wardrobe for storage and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2.
L’Echo du Pleney, Cosmique is very central. It is in the centre of Morzine village so everything is an easy walk away.
SuperMorzine Telecabine – 180m / 2 minutes walk
Pleney Telecabine – 400m / 5 minutes walk. If you have young children or dislike walking too far in ski boots then you could use the free Petit Train which goes from 80 meters away from the residence and drops you at the Pleney Telecabine.
Nearest supermarket – Spar mini market is 150m / 2 minutes walk.
