Luxury chalets in Morzine
Loup’ka is a spacious duplex self catered apartment with a hot tub in the centre of Morzine. Sleeping up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. It is possible to ski in and out from 100m away from in good conditions.
The apartment is in a very small and exclusive development, there is just one other apartment in the building. The duplex apartment consists of the ground floor and first floor. The ground floor is surrounded by a large sunny, private terrace and has its own front door, so the apartment feels more like a semi -detached chalet than an apartment.
The hot tub is on the terrace in a secluded spot behind the chalet.
The open plan living area is large, with plenty of dining and two comfy seating zones. The private owners are keen cooks so they have created a large and very well equipped kitchen.
The TV comfy zone has a large SMART TV with English and French channels plus access to internet streaming sites. There is WiFi throughout the chalet.
The other comfy zone is around a woodburner and looks out to the south facing terrace. There is a further nook with desk and a small piano.
All 4 bedrooms are on the first floor and are generous in size. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, an ensuite shower room, generous storage and patio doors leading to a south facing balcony.
The other ensuite room is bedroom 3 which has a twin or king sized bed and storage.
Bedrooms 2 and 4 share a the family bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed. Bedroom 4 can be a twin or king bed.
Loup’ka has a seperate shower room and WC downstairs, which also has the utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer
Loup’ka has 2 private underground parking spaces and its own ski room. The door from the garage leads to a hall way were there is generous hanging space and benches, along with a bag storage area.
The entrance to the chalet has a bench, hooks and mirror so you have plenty of room for all your kit.
The terrace on 3 sides of the chalet has outdoor dining on the south facing side and the hot tub to the rear. The hot tub is big enough for 6-7 guests and is in a secluded spot with trees sheltering it.

Separate WC / Shower room on ground floor
Loup’ka is 10 minutes walk to ski lifts, shops and bars of Morzine. There are a number of ways you can access the slopes. In good conditions you can ski to the Pleney Telecabine from 100m away.
Morzine village centre – 900m / 10 minutes walk
Pleney Telecabine – 850m / 10 minutes walk. In good conditions, you can walk 100m to just behind the Hotel La Chaumiere, from there you can ski down to the poma lift, and then down the the Pleney Telecabine. To return you can drop off the Fys Piste (blue) to the same point.
Fys Chairlift – a free ski bus every 40 minutes from a stop just outside the apartment
Supermorzine Telecabine – 1100m / 13 minutes walk. The free Petit Train links the Pleney Telecabine with the SuperMorzine Telecabine.
Don’t walk in your ski boots – you can store ski equipment at the Pleney lift. If you own your own kit then hire a locker there for the duration of your stay. If you are hiring ski kit then choose FB Freeride next to the Pleney lift, and leave your kit there overnight. Either of these options means you can walk to and from the lift in your normal shoes and without having to carry your skis.
