A note about hot tubs
The cleanliness of our hot tubs is important to us. We empty, clean and refill for every booking which means that hot tubs are out of use on arrival day.

This apartment has a generous open plan living area and includes a kitchen with an island and 2 seating zones.
Underground parking for 2 cars in a lockable garage. The garage is narrow but very long so cars will be parked nose to tail, meaning the one at the rear will be blocked in. The height limit in this garage is 1.9m
A wrap around balcony includes planted beds all along the perimeter. The hot tub is in the perfect location to take in the mountain views. There is outdoor dining and comfortable seating.
The garage or the boot room can be used for secure bike storage depending on your needs.
Location
The location of this apartment can’t be beaten. Right in the heart of the village the SuperMorzine ski lift is just 2 minutes (160m) away. A new walkway through the residence allows access straight to the town square and across to the Pleney ski lift, a walk of 5 minutes (400m).
If you wanted to reach Avoriaz directly, the free ski bus stops right outside the residence.
