    Overview

    Nimbus is a 5 bedroom self catered apartment in Morzine.  Newly built to a modern and luxurious standard, no thought has been spared in equipping the space with every comfort and convenience for up to 12 guests.   Situated at the foot of the Pleney ski slopes the Nimbus apartment is an easy 5 minute walk to the Super Morzine and Pleney ski lifts and to the village centre.  

     

    This 150 msq apartment boasts 5 ensuite bedrooms situated over 2 floors.  Taking the whole corner of this exclusive development, the apartment’s space is comparable to a stand alone chalet. 

     

    There are two private terraces one of which is big enough for the hot tub, outdoor kitchen and dining.  The other terrace provides uninterrupted views over Morzine and surrounding mountains.  There are conveniently located private parking spaces adjacent to the apartment in addition to a secure underground garage. 

     

    You can easily ski back to within 50m of the Nimbus from blue Piste B in good conditions.

     

     

    Open Plan Living at Nimbus

     

    The sophisticated open plan living area and kitchen have dual aspect wall to wall windows which floods the apartment with natural light.  Nimbus has plenty of space to enjoy relaxing and dining as well as a luxury kitchen which includes a marble waterfall island unit and wine fridge .

     

    There is Wi-Fi throughout and a SMART TV with English Freeview and French TV channels.  There is a Bluetooth sound bar for your music.

     

    The hallway of the apartment has storage and hanging space as well as a washing machine and dryer.

     

    The kitchen is fully equipped with a high spec oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave.  Every detail of this kitchen has been well thought out and contains carefully chosen  glassware and crockery to ensure you or your private chef have everything needed.

     

    Nimbus Bedrooms

     

    The 5 bedrooms have luxury beds and linen and all rooms are ensuite.

     

    2 double bedrooms are situated on the ground floor adjoining the living space.  The other three bedrooms are upstairs.  From the master bedroom there is patio door access to the south facing terrace. 

     

    Bedroom 5  can sleep 4 guests with a double bed and 2 overhead bunks, ideal as a family room or children’s tv and games room. 

     

     

    Other Amenities at Nimbus

     

    There are 3 private parking spaces available, two to the side of the apartment Nimbus and one in the lockable underground garage (height limit of 1.9 m).  The private garage has boot dryers and ski rack.  A cot and highchair are available on request.

     

     

    Summer at Nimbus

     

    The outdoor space at Nimbus is fabulous.  There are terraces off each side of the sitting room and with huge sliding patio doors you can bring the outdoor in.  The covered terrace over looking the village gives you uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains. The comfy wooden lounge chairs with rugs allow you to enjoy the fresh air and views in all seasons.

     

    On the opposite side of the living room is the large south facing terrace with everything you might need to spent time outdoors.  There is a lounge area, outdoor dining, kitchen and even a bar!  The hot tub is right next to the patio doors so its an easy step into the bubbles from indoors.  The outdoor kitchen has a gas hot plate and room for food preparation.  The mature planting gives privacy and a wonderful colour all year.

     

    All our chalets and apartments are part of the summer Multipass discount scheme which allows our guest to purchase the Multipass for just €3 per day.

    The family room, on the upper floor has a king size bed ( can also be a twin)with bunk bed for children. It has a SMART tv and can be used as a kid’s games&video room. It has storage and an ensuite bathroom with a bath/shower, basin & WC

    Location

    The Nimbus apartment is 5 minutes walk into Morzine centre for the restaurants, shops and bars.

     

    The Pleney telecabine is 5 minutes walk away.  The SuperMorzine is 6 minutes walk.  A slope transfer can be added to your booking.

     

    In good conditions you can ski back to the apartment from the “Piste B” blue run on the Pleney slope.

     

    The apartment has a slightly elevated position which gives a real feeling of peace and quiet whilst also being very near to town.
