A note about hot tubs
The cleanliness of our hot tubs is important to us. We empty, clean and refill for every booking which means that hot tubs are out of use on arrival day.
Just returned from our 4th stay with Elevation Alps in Morzine. Fantastic property as usual. They obviously have a very high standard for all their properties from 2 bed apartments to 5 bed chalets. Wouldn’t even consider another company and looking forward to the release dates for 25/26 season so we can book again. Excellent staff and comms.. keep up the good work.

The floor to ceiling windows give huge amounts of natural light to the apartment. The living area has two sitting zones, one around the log burner and one around the SMART TV. The open plan kitchen and dining allows for easy socialising.
There are views to all three sides of the apartment, towards the Pleney, SuperMorzine and the peak of ressachaux.
There is private underground parking for up to 4 cars.
Secure bike storage is in the garage and is part of the parking area. There is outdoor lounge seating on all the balconies for you soak up the mountain views.
Location
The location of this apartment can’t be beaten. Right in the heart of the village the SuperMorzine ski lift is just 2 minutes (160m) away. A new walkway through the residence allows access straight to the town square and across to the Pleney ski lift, a walk of 5 minutes (400m).
