A note about hot tubs
The cleanliness of our hot tubs is important to us. We empty, clean and refill for every booking which means that hot tubs are out of use on arrival day.
Animals are not permitted
Penthouse Obelix – Superb location. Ideal place with 2 young children as lessons were by the Pleney. Very clean and tidy. Hot tub was a nice touch after a day in the slopes. Would highly recommend Elevation Alps, great service and I look forward to booking again through them for our next trip to Morzine.

The 77m2 open plan living area is designed to take advantage of its superior position overlooking the Pleney area with huge windows on 3 sides.
There is generous amounts of comfy seating and a large dining table ideal for long luxurious evenings over dinner.
A separate TV room has a cinema set up with sofa seating facing a large TV with SONOS sound.
The penthouse has a rooftop hot tub.
There is a lovely office which has a window and a desk beneath it. This room can also be used as a nursery.
A boot room featuring boot dryers, bench, ski rack and drying rack is in the garage. An electric car charging point is available on request.
The apartment has 2 underground parking spaces, with the possibility of a 3rd on request. Please note that as the car park has a small footprint, and is unsuitable for large vehicles.
There is a large lockable garage for bike storage. The large west facing balcony gets the evening sun and has comfy seating and a hanging egg chair. The large patio sliding doors can be opened onto the living and dining areas. The hot tub is directly outside the living room so it is easy to check on kids playing there.
Location
Penthouse Obelix is just 40 metres from the Pleney lift which is the main lift in Morzine and where the ski lessons meet.
The village with all the shops, bars and restaurants is on the door step.
