A note about hot tubs: the cleanliness of our hot tubs is important to us. We empty, clean and refill for every booking which means that hot tubs may be out of use on arrival day.
This is our third experience with Elevation Alps and will continue to use their service. The team at Elevation, particularly Lindsay who I deal with a lot, are fantastic and very flexible. I highly recommend them if you are planning a trip to Morzine.

Snow Star Lodge has a huge open plan living area with kitchen, dining and a comfortable seating area. There is plenty of room for 12 guests to socialise and spend time together without feeling on top of each other.
The comfortable seating area has a SMART TV and a beautiful open fire place for which logs and kindling are provided.
The dining area is generous and the wooden table has comfortable chairs for those evenings spent over dinner and wine.
The kitchen is very large, perfect for big groups to cook together or giving a private chef lots of room to work. There is and island with stools plus a drinks area, 2 dishwashers and plenty of fridge and cupboard space.
The living area has patio doors along the eastern side from which you can see the mountain peaks beyond. The balcony spans this side and has comfy lounge chairs with sheepskin rugs. The outside dining is conveniently just off the kitchen area.
The flow of this chalet is well thought through. The large boot room is on the lower ground floor and can be accessed from outside, meaning ski kit is not taken through the chalet. But once you’ve dropped your kit you can enter the chalet through an internal door.
The chalets ground floor entrance hall is large and has plenty of storage for outdoor clothes. A separate WC is off this hallway.
The hot tub is private and secluded. It can be accessed through the patio doors of 3 ground floor bedrooms or from the front door of the chalet. The hot tub can be viewed from the balconies of the living areas. The sauna is on the lower ground floor and has a shower adjoining it.
There is a cosy TV room on the top floor of the chalet, a great space for kids or teens to have their own space.
All the bedrooms have SMART TVs and there is WiFi throughout.
There is a collection of board games and puzzles for all ages.
There is private underground parking for 2 cars.
Outside dining is conveniently situated on a large balcony leading from the kitchen area. There is lounging seating along the balcony of the living area.
There is small amount of private garden around the hot tub which will be landscaped in the spring (2026).
Bikes can be stored securely in the large boot room on the lower ground floor.
Location
Snow Star Lodge is superbly situated. It is right in the heart of Morzine but tucked away so it feels tranquil and peaceful.
The SuperMorzine ski lift is 100m away from the side of the chalet down a little side road.
The Pleney ski lift is 500m away (7 minutes walk). The free Petit Train will take you to the Pleney every 10 minutes from the SuperMorzine ski lift.
If you wanted to access Avoriaz directly, using the Prodains cable car, you would jump on the free bus which stops a few meters away from the chalet.

Snow Star Lodge will bookable on a flexible bases for Winter 2025/26. Minimum of 3 nights. A discount is applied to stays of 5 nights or more. If you want help with booking or are finding our flexi calendar confusing then contact us.
As part of our Signature collection, is is possible to add Our Hosted Experience to your stay. The additional cost is €3500 per week on a full occupancy basis. Ask us for a quote based on your guests numbers and length of stay.
