Are you looking to work a ski season and want to maximise your time in the mountains? Elevation Alps have over 35 luxury chalets and apartments in central Morzine with a large number of repeat guests. We are searching for an outstanding team to ensure that our properties remain at a luxury standard and help make our guests stay an unforgettable experience.

Elevation Alps is a luxury chalet company located in Morzine, part of the huge Portes du Soleil ski area in France. We offer our guests high quality vacation rental chalets and apartments plus concierge services like private chefs, housekeeping, grocery, wine deliveries and childcare.

We are a small independent company with a fun and enthusiastic team who live right here in Morzine. Our ethos is really simple; “Work Hard, Be Nice”. We are incredibly lucky to be part of a team who care deeply about both their own, and their companies success.

Although most of our guests speak English, we also have French, Dutch and German speaking guests too. Our management team speak English and some French. You will find a welcoming and understanding environment if English is not your first language.

You will get plenty of time to enjoy the mountains here in Morzine. There is a huge and varied seasonal lifestyle in the town with a young and exciting vibe. And as Morzine is in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area you will enjoy some of the best skiing, snowboarding and mountain biking in the Alps.

Operations Assistant - Summer

Have you had previous House-keeping experience and are looking to progress your skills?  Elevation Alps are looking for an operations assitant this summer.  Working in a fast paced, hospitality environment can be challenging at times but also extremely rewarding.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive. Your primary role will be to train, oversee, and manage a team of housekeepers to ensure our properties are cleaned and presented to a luxury standard, while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.

In addition, you will play a key role in hosting training and supporting the team in welcoming guests, helping to deliver a warm and professional guest experience. You will also work closely with the Bookings, Guest, and Concierge Coordinator to ensure that all guest concierge items are correctly ordered, prepared, and placed in properties ahead of arrival, contributing to a seamless check-in experience.

Key requirements:

  • Previous house-keeping experience
  • Fluent in English. Fluency in French is not required, but you should be comfortable navigating basic situations in French when necessary.
  • Driving license held for 3 years.
  • While we prefer candidates who are already legally allowed to work in France, we’re happy to support a visa application for exceptional applicants

Operations Manager

Operations Manager – SUMMER 2026

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and people-focused Operations Manager to lead our resort team and deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the winter season. This is a senior, hands-on leadership position at the heart of our resort operations, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and leads with energy, professionalism, and integrity.

As Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the resort, ensuring all departments operate smoothly and efficiently. From accommodation standards and guest services to team welfare and operational logistics, you will take ownership of delivering excellence across every touchpoint of the guest journey.

You will lead, motivate, and support a diverse seasonal team, creating a positive, high-performing culture built on collaboration and accountability. You will act as the key link between resort operations and the office team, ensuring clear communication, accurate reporting, and alignment on service standards.

This role requires strong organisational skills, sound decision-making, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Challenges are inevitable in a dynamic resort environment — your ability to problem-solve quickly, communicate clearly, and maintain high morale will be essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all daily resort operations across departments
• Lead, support, and motivate your team to maintain exceptional service standards
• Ensure high guest satisfaction through proactive communication and swift issue resolution
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where needed
• Manage staff schedule and ordering of supplies
• Act as the primary liaison between resort and head office
• Respond effectively to unforeseen situations and operational challenges

Who We’re Looking For

You are a confident leader with proven management experience, ideally within hospitality or a customer-focused environment. You are approachable, organised, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a natural ability to inspire those around you.

Essential Requirements
• Previous leadership or management experience
• Strong hospitality background with a focus on customer service
• Calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Fluent English (French fluency beneficial or B2 level)
• Full EU or UK manual driving licence held for atleast 3 years.

The role will begin as a CDD role for summer with the opportunity for it to move to a full time contract. Salary will be dependent on experience and if accommodation is required.

Part Time Property Guardians - Mid June - Mid September (shorter contracts available to cover peak weeks)

Primarily house-keeping; in small teams you will be responsible for looking after a selection of properties. You will ensure they are cleaned to Elevation Alps high standard, reporting maintenance issues quickly, keeping stores topped up and tidy; and proudly welcoming in guests.  Although working in small teams, we are still one big team and checking in to help others is also part of the job.

  • The role is hard work physically and we require a good level of fitness from our staff members.

What we offer:

  • Options of 14-30 hour contracts
  • Monthly salary (French minimum wage)
  • Quality staff accommodation in Morzine – this is at a rate of 50 euros per month
  • Airport transfers at beginning and end of the season

Essential requirements:

  • EU passport holders or French visa holders only
  • Ability to speak English at B2 level

Desirable requirements:

  • French speakers
