With flexibility at its heart, our host service ensures that the important touch points of your holiday are delivered, whilst giving you the freedom to enjoy Morzine in your own way.

Your stay includes a fresh and plentiful continental breakfast. How you spend your evenings is up to you; you could go out for dinner, have something delivered or you could add in a private chef.

We understand that holidays are the most precious time of the year and we don’t want you to waste a single minute. From the moment you arrive we want to make sure you are relaxing in the knowledge that everything has been organised prior to your arrival.

Our Signature properties are hand selected chalets and penthouses chosen for their superior interior design and facilities. Designed and built by local architects, they embody the pinnacle of modern alpine luxury, blending timeless chalet warmth with sleek contemporary design. Soaring vaulted ceilings, rich timber beams, and panoramic windows frame breath taking mountain views, while sumptuous furnishings, elegant statement lighting, and natural stone accents create an atmosphere of refined sophistication. Each space is thoughtfully curated with plush textures, artisanal finishes, and bespoke details that exude understated opulence, offering an exquisite retreat that seamlessly connects the indoors with the stunning alpine landscape — the ultimate in chic, mountain living.

Concierge

Your personal concierge will take the stress away by pre-organising the extra services that you need, like private chefs, ski lessons, childcare, restaurant bookings and more.

They will welcome you with champagne and a selection of local charcuterie and cheeses, allowing you to check final details or get advice from them. Once you are happy they will melt away to let you enjoy your chalet in privacy.

They will be on hand throughout your stay.

Breakfast

Start your day with a delicious continental breakfast. Breakfast includes freshly baked croissants, flaky pain au chocolat and baguettes delivered daily from the local boulangerie. These delights are teamed with jams, yogurt, granola, fruit and nuts plus eggs, local cheese and charcuterie.

Your self service breakfast is ready for you to enjoy at whatever time you wish. Once you have finished you can just leave the table and get off skiing. Your host will clear the breakfast things away.

If you would like to add more catering to your stay, your concierge can organise that for you.

Housekeeping

Our housekeeping service ensures your chalet remains immaculate without ever disturbing your sense of privacy or relaxation. Our team works in the background to refresh your spaces, make beds, replenish breakfast items and keep everything tidy. It’s the art of effortless hospitality.

Your stay includes housekeeping on 5 days, a mid stay towel change and an end of stay clean.

The Finer Details

Its the little things that make the difference. Egyptian cotton linen and plush towels and robes that envelop you in spa-like comfort. Each room is thoughtfully scented with elegant diffusers to create a soothing alpine ambiance, while our luxury toiletries add a touch of indulgence to every moment. Your welcome pack includes wine and a range of hot drinks. Every detail has been carefully curated to ensure your chalet escape feels effortlessly warm, exquisitely comfortable, and truly unforgettable.
