We’re excited to have now partnered up with Jo of Wild Beets Kitchen – a beautiful local cafe providing balanced, nutritious alternatives – and now available for delivery direct to your chalet when you stay with Elevation Alps.
With Damian’s Hearty Menu being so successful over the last few years, we wondered to ourselves how could we expand our offering to you?
Living in a ski resort, we’re all too familiar with the fondue fatigue. Don’t get us wrong, we love the savoie cuisine and find ourselves eating it often at one of our favourite local restaurants. And for those keen to indulge in classics such as Confit de Canard with creamy Tartiflette or the Brioche and Butter pudding with orange and vanilla ice cream – Damian’s menu available at Dining Direct is perfect for your stay with us. However, we understand sometimes you want a more balanced option during your stay…
With that in mind, we’re very excited to announce the new Wild Beets Kitchen‘s Balanced Menu now available for delivery direct to your chalet.
The Wild Beets Kitchen balanced menu provides a great option for any of our guests who are after fresh produce which is healthy as well as filling. It provides a nutrient rich alternative option to the traditional cuisine on offer in the savoie region. We’re so pleased to be able to work with incredible local chefs to provide you with both options, so you can find a dinner delivery service that suits your needs.

Main: Keftedes, Greek salad and roast potatoes
Vegetarian option: Courgette balls, Greek salad and roast potatoes
Dessert: Fruit clafoutis, Greek yogurt, honey and nuts
Sunday
Please note, there is no Balanced Menu on Sundays as this is the chef’s day off.

Main: Confit Hoisin Duck Salad and Miso Slaw
Vegetarian option: Aubergine Salad and Miso Slaw (Ve)
Dessert: Chocolate Mouse (Ve, Gf)
Tuesday
Main: Fish tacos, potato wedges and bean salad

Main: Clementine and caramel chicken thighs with quinoa and roasted cherry tomato salad (Gf)

Thursday
Main: Poke bowl with salt cured salmon (Gf)

Main: Marinated chicken burger, coleslaw and lentil salad
Vegetarian option: Sweet potato, chickpea and mushroom burger, coleslaw and lentil salad

Our freshly prepared dinner deliveries are cooked daily by our local private chefs in Morzine and delivered to your door at around 17:00 each evening.
The 2 course meals are very easy to prepare and come with easy to follow reheating instructions. There is a vegetarian alternative each day and the menu includes vegan and gluten free alternatives. Other dietary requirements can be accommodated.
Please note there is a minimum order of 6 portions per evening.
