Chalet Des Nants is a perfect ski or summer holiday apartment for a small group or 2 families. The self catered apartment can be booked for short ski breaks or longer stays. In good conditions you can ski in and out from just 10m away. It is 10 minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and lifts in Morzine centre.
The apartment is on the ground floor with plenty of light coming from large patio windows into the spacious open plan living area. A sleek modern kitchen with a breakfast bar faces onto dining and a comfortable seating area. The SMART TV has English channels and Netflix and of course there is WiFi throughout.
All 3 of the bedrooms are en-suite. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with doors leading onto the terrace. The second bedroom has a king sized bed or can be twins. Bedroom 3 has an inventive quad bunk which kids will love but it is big enough for adults too. All the bedrooms have shutters on the windows.
The boot room is below the apartment which has a separate entrance, boot warmers and plenty of storage space for drying your kit. An internal door leads up to the apartment.
There are 2 private underground garage spaces for this apartment.
It is just an 10 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and shops of central Morzine. The superb family run hotel opposite are keen to welcome you to their cozy bar and restaurant.
For the summer, the apartment has a lovely terrace with outdoor seating and a BBQ. There is secure storage for bikes.

Chalet Des Nants is 10 minutes walk to ski lifts, shops and bars of Morzine. There are a number of ways you can access the slopes. *In good conditions you can ski to the Pleney Telecabine from 100m away.
Morzine village centre – 900m / 10 minutes walk
Pleney Telecabine – 850m / 10 minutes walk.
*In good conditions, you can ski to the poma drag lift from just above the apartment, and then down the the Pleney Telecabine. To return you can drop off the Fys Piste (blue) to the same point. Note that this route is officially “off piste”.
Fys Chairlift – a free ski bus every 40 minutes from a stop just 2 minutes walk away.
SuperMorzine Telecabine – 1100m / 13 minutes walk. The free Petit Train links the Pleney Telecabine with the SuperMorzine Telecabine.
Don’t walk in your ski boots – you can store ski equipment at the Pleney lift. If you own your own kit then hire a locker there for the duration of your stay. If you are hiring ski kit then choose FB Freeride next to the Pleney lift. Then you can leave your kit at the shop. Either of these options means you can walk to and from the lift in your normal shoes and without having to carry your skis.

All our chalets and apartments have key safes or electric codes meaning you do not need to worry about keys. About 7 days before your arrival we will make the entry codes available to you.
We always aim to be there to greet you when you arrive. But if we are running late, you will be able to get in and make yourselves at home.
