A stone’s throw from the Super Morzine lift and a short distance to the Pleney lift station, it has an enviable location. Le Bonheur comprises of an open plan living and kitchen area with seated dining for 9, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a utility room.
Le Bonheur is stylishly designed and decorated apartment with a wraparound balcony giving views over Morzine and the Pleney. The spacious living room with sumptuous seating gives the perfect vantage point to relax and take in the surrounding hills.
The generously sized entrance of the apartment leads past the bedrooms and into a modern living space. The kitchen is well appointed and practical and has a breakfast bar for sociable catering. It also includes a full-size hob and oven along with a family sized fridge freezer. The coffee machine and built-in dishwasher provide convenience along with the separate utility room with washer and dryer.
Each bedroom has a superking bed which can be made into twins and 3 have ensuite shower rooms. The 4th bedroom is a spacious family style bedroom with an overhead bunk and its own access to the balcony.
The apartment has secure underground parking with a closed double garage. The building is serviced by a lift and there are security blinds on all the windows.

L’Echo du Pleney, Le Bonheur is very central. It is in the centre of Morzine village so everything is an easy walk away.
SuperMorzine Telecabine – 180m / 2 minutes walk
Pleney Telecabine – 400m / 5 minutes walk. If you have young children or dislike walking too far in ski boots then you could use the free Petit Train which goes from 80 meters away from the residence and drops you at the Pleney Telecabine.
Nearest supermarket – Spar mini market is 150m / 2 minutes walk. Casino supermarket is 400m away.
Nearest restaurants – 170m / 2 minutes walk
Tourist Office – 260m / 3 minutes walk
To access Avoriaz directly without using the SuperMorzine telecabine, the A bus stops right outside the residence.
Le Bonheur is at the front of the residence and looks out over central Morzine to the peaks beyond.

All our chalets and apartments have keysafes or codes meaning you do not need to worry about keys. We will send you details of these codes and other useful information about your property about 2 weeks prior to arrival.
We will always aim to be there to greet you when you arrive but if we are running late, you will be able to get in and make yourselves at home.
