    Nimbus is a brand new 5 bedroom self catered apartment in Morzine.  Newly built to a modern and luxurious standard, no thought has been spared in equipping the space with every comfort and convenience for up to 12 guests.   Situated at the foot of the Pleney ski slopes Nimbus apartment is an easy 5 minute walk to both Super Morzine and Pleney lifts and to the village centre.  

    This 150 msq apartment boasts 5 ensuite bedrooms situated over 2 floors.  Taking the whole corner of this exclusive development, the apartment’s space is comparable to a stand alone chalet. 

    There are two private terraces one of which includes a private hot tub. On the other side you have uninterrupted views over Morzine and surrounding mountains.  There are  two conveniently located parking spaces adjacent to the apartment in addition to a secure underground garage. 

    You can easily ski back to within 50m of the Nimbus from blue Piste B.

    The sophisticated open plan living area and kitchen have dual aspect wall to wall windows which floods the apartment with natural light.  Nimbus has plenty of space to enjoy relaxing and dining as well as a luxury kitchen which includes a marble waterfall island unit and wine fridge .

    There is Wi-Fi throughout and a SMART TV with English Freeview and French TV channels.  There is a Bluetooth sound bar for your music.

    The hallway of the apartment has storage and hanging space as well as a washing machine and dryer.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with a high spec oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave.  For coffee lovers there’s an automatic bean to cup machine .  Every detail of this kitchen has been well thought out and contains carefully chosen  glassware and crockery to ensure you or your private chef have everything needed.

    Nimbus Bedrooms

    The 5 bedrooms have luxury beds and linen and all rooms are ensuite.

    2 double bedrooms are situated on the ground floor adjoining the living space with the remaining upstairs. From the master bedroom there is patio door access to the hot tub terrace. 

    Bedroom 5  can sleep 4 with a double bed and 2 bunks, ideal as a family room or children’s tv and games room. 

    Other Amenities 

    There are 3 private parking spaces available, two to the side of the apartment Nimbus and one in the lockable underground garage (height limit of 1.9 m).

    The private garage has boot dryers and ski rack.

    A cot and highchair are available on request.

    The Nimbus apartment is 5 minutes walk into Morzine centre for the restaurants, shops and bars.

    The Pleney telecabine is 5 minutes walk away.  The SuperMorzine is 6 minutes walk.  A slope transfer can be added to your booking.

    In good conditions you can ski back to the apartment from the “Piste B” blue run on the Pleney slope.

    The apartment has a slightly elevated position which gives a real feeling of peace and quiet whilst also being very near to town.

    All our chalets and apartments have keysafes or codes meaning you do not need to worry about keys.  We will send you details of these codes and other useful information about your property about 2 weeks prior to arrival.

    We will always aim to be there to greet you when you arrive but if we are running late, you will be able to get in and make yourselves at home.
