    Chalet Kaila is a fabulous chalet balanced on a cliff but right in the heart of Morzine.  It boasts an exquisite and unexpected panorama of the local summits.

    The location is really what sets it apart. It is just 70m from the SuperMorzine Telecabine, on a road just behind the main street.

    There is an outdoor private hot tub  with the most stunning view of the valley below.  It is not overlooked so you can soak and relax in peace. The chalet also has a sauna.

    There is wifi and English and French TV channels. 

    The living and dining room have a triple aspect and patio doors out to the terrace.  There are mountain views right over the town towards the peaks of Ressachaux.

    The kitchen is very well equipped and has an adjoining utility room with an extra oven and fridge space, washing machine and tumble dryer.


    The bedrooms in Chalet Kaila are a good size and have plenty of storage.  Each bedroom has a flat screen TV.

    There is a spacious family suite on the ground floor. The suite has a double room with shared terrace and outdoor hot tub, en suite bathroom.  There is an adjoining large room with bunk beds a desk.

    A further double ensuite bedroom on the ground floor.

    There are two bedrooms with twin beds and ensuite shower rooms on the upper floor.

    There is private parking for 2 cars.   

    Large lockers on the terrace house the ski lockers and boot warmers.

    Booking Chalet Kaila

    Chalet Kaila is available as a holiday rental via our sister company Morzine Immobilier .  Once you have reserved your week and we have been in touch with you to confirm, we will pass you on to their team for the accommodation payment.

    Elevation Alps will look after you from beginning to end.  We will be at the chalet to welcome you and make you feel at home.  Your host will answer any of your questions about the chalet, your stay or the resort.  We will remain on hand to help with anything required during the week. including a personal welcome to the chalet.

    We will ensure the chalet is set up for your personal specification. All towels, linen and a welcome pack are included.

    You can add extra services to your booking like, private chefs, housekeeping, lift passes, airport transfers and more.  We want you to start your holiday straight away, so your ski passes will be ready for you and your skis and ski boots can be fitted in your boot room.

    Bedroom 1 (Family room) Sleeps up to 4 guests.  Double or twin beds with ensuite bathroom and adjoining bunkroom.  The hot tub can be accessed from the patio windows of this suite.

    Chalet Kaila is superbly located right in the centre of Morzine and next to the SuperMorzine lift.

    The chalet is just 70m from the SuperMorzine telecabine, on a road just behind the main street.

    The village centre is 190m away

    The Pleney lift is 5 minutes walk or you can just jump on the Petit Train at the SuperMorzine lift

    All our chalets and apartments have keysafes or codes meaning you do not need to worry about keys.  We will send you details of these codes and other useful information about your property about 2 weeks prior to arrival.

    We will always aim to be there to greet you when you arrive but if we are running late, you will be able to get in and make yourselves at home.
