New to our portfolio of luxury holiday rentals, Chalet V is a 3 bedroom chalet within easy walking distance of the village centre. It is being renovated for the 17/18 winter season with the addition of an outdoor hot tub, a terrrace and new luxury beds and linen.
The Perfect Location
Chalet V is just a couple of minutes walk to the village.
The Pleney Telecabine is just 7 minutes walk away, the lift accesses Morzine/Les Gets and is where all the lessons meet. The SuperMorzine lift is 7 minutes walk away too, the lift takes you to Avoriaz, Chatel and Switzerland.
One of our favourite restaurants is just 3 minutes walk away, La Chaudanne, it has a superb wine cave and bar. Our recommended ski shop Alpine Sports is also just 2 minutes walk away on the way to the SuperMorzine lift. Alpine Sports offer 15% off all rental to Elevation guests. And last but not least, the Casino supermarket is also a stones throw away
The chalet is on a quiet street with a private garden and parking. So you might be close to town but you will feel a cosy and secluded at the chalet. Plus the walk to the chalet is relatively flat so everyone will find it easy.

Living space
The chalet has 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 3 WC and 2 bunkrooms. The configuration makes the chalet incredibly flexible, perfect for a group of 6 but able to sleep up to 11 guests if you need to.
It is split over 3 levels linked by a period spiral staircase. The ground floor has a large living room with floor to ceiling windows letting in plenty of light and the mountain views. The patio doors lead onto a private garden with a hot tub and terrace. There is outside dining for the summer. The living room has an open fire.
Chalet V has Wifi throughout and English Freeview TV. There is a large library of kids DVDs and board games.
Kitchen Diner
There is a compact modern kitchen with oven, full hob, microwave and dishwasher. A utility room downstairs has lots of extra storage space plus a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The dining area has large windows on 2 sides making it feel light and airy.
New Luxury Beds
The upper floor has a master bedroom with a brand new luxury super king or twin beds and plenty of storage. The second bedroom is on this level has a brand new luxury king sized bed or twins and a single bed allowing this room to sleep 3. The bedrooms on the upper floor share a modern bathroom and WC. The new slate bathroom has a shower and small bath.
The third bedroom is on the lower floor. It has a king size or twin beds. There is a shower room and WC on this floor for this bedroom. Next to the bedroom are the two bunk rooms. Both have bunk rooms and the bedroom have seperate doors allowing privacy for everyone. One of the bunk rooms has storeage. The other bunk space is just bunks.
All the Chalet V bedrooms can all be made into twins or doubles making it the perfect place for a group of family, friends or colleagues.
