The penthouse apartment La Renard sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 ensuite bedrooms. It is one of the largest in the residence at over 100m². The apartment is over 2 floors with an expansive open plan living area on the upper floor and the bedrooms on the lower floor.

Open Plan Living
The open plan living space has vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams. Light streams in from huge dormer windows and patio door. The apartment faces south east one so it makes the most of the sunshine. There are balconies to the side and front of the residence all facing beautiful mountain views.
The 55m² of living space, allows for dining and comfortable seating for everyone. A state of the art kitchen has everything your private chef will need and a few cheats you need like a Nespresso machine and dishwasher.
La Renard has Wifi throughout and a SMART TV allowing for access to Netflix and all other features on via the internet. You will also have access to English Freeview.
Luxury Bedrooms
The 3 bedrooms are all ensuite and all have balconies. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bath room and a king size bed. Two full sized single beds sit above, allowing this room to flex into a quad room. The south facing balcony will get the morning sunshine and will have uninterrupted views of Nyon mountain. This balcony is shared with Bedroom 2 which has an ensuite shower room and king sized bed or twins. Bedroom 3 has a balcony from the front of the residence with views of the Pleney slopes. This bedroom has an ensuite shower room and a king sized double bed.
La Renard bedrooms can all be made into twins or doubles making it the perfect place for a group of family, friends or colleagues.
