La Marmotte is the perfect self catered apartment on the 3rd floor. It is light and airy with mountain views from large windows. The interior is designed in a chic modern chalet style and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The open plan living room has a modern horseshoe kitchen, dining for up to 8 guests and plenty of comfy seating. There is a SMART TV with french channels and UK Freeview channels. There are windows on the south and east sides allowing for plenty of light and views of the surrounding mountains. A patio door leads to outdoor seating on the south facing balcony.
There are 3 king bedrooms and a bunk room. 2 of the bedrooms are ensuite whilst one shares a bathroom with the bunk room. All the bedrooms can be made up as twins, making this an ideal apartment for a group of friends or colleagues. 2 of the bedrooms have patio doors onto east facing balconies.
A washer and dryer are located in the hallway cupboards. A lift services the residence. There is a double garage in the under ground car park (height limit of 1.9 m). Your ski locker has heated boot warmers for 6 pairs of boots. All the windows have security blinds.
