Chalet Nosefosa is a stunning, new 10 guest luxury chalet with inside swimming pool and located in the heart of Morzine village. The chalet also has a cinema room, sauna and treatment room for the ultimate luxury experience. In a peaceful area of Morzine, it is close to all amenities and has a view on the mountains and Avoriaz.
The chalet has a large open plan living area with comfortable seating in front of the feature fireplace. The large windows give views over Morzine and the foot of Ressachaux and upwards to Avoriaz. There is a generous dining table to seat 10 guests and a well appointed, modern kitchen, which is perfect for entertaining.
Chalet Nosefosa boasts a wine cellar, cinema room, fitness suite, massage room, sauna and an indoor swimming pool (6 m x 2,5 m , 28/29 degrees)

There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms which can be double or twin beds. All 4 bedrooms have an ensuite shower room. The bunk room can accomodate 4 adults or kids and have an independant shower room.
Chalet Nosefosa is available as a holiday rental via our sister company Morzine Immobilier . Once you have reserved your week and we have been in touch with you to confirm, we will pass you on to their team. Morzine Immobilier will take the 25% deposit payment and then the balance payment. They will look after your booking from beginning to end.

Access
All our chalets and apartments have keysafes or codes meaning you do not need to worry about keys. We will send you details of these codes and other useful information about your property about 2 weeks prior to arrival.
We will always aim to be there to greet you when you arrive but if we are running late, you will be able to get in and make yourselves at home.
