    Overview

    Penthouse 303 is part of the brand new Les Portes du Pleney residence which is just 50m from the Pleney Lift, Morzine and steps away from the village.  This stunning self catered holiday apartment sleeps 8 adults and 1 child and comprises of large open plan living area and 4 ensuite bedrooms.

    Penthouse 303 is 145m2  and solely occupies the top floor of Les Portes du Pleney residence.  Large patio windows lead to balconies on the south and east sides allowing for views to Avoriaz, Pointe de Nyon and the Pleney slopes.

    Open Plan Living

    There is a very generous kitchen including an island with hob and a further drinks area with a wine fridge and coffee machine.  If you are cooking as a group you won’t get under each others feet.

    The dining and comfy seating areas are generous allowing even the biggest group plenty of space.  The fabulous open plan living area is completed with a wood burner and SMART TV.

    Bedrooms

    All the bedrooms feature extra long super king or king beds, storage, USB charge points and generous ensuite bathrooms.  The bedrooms in this apartment are especially generous compared to similar apartments.

    The master bedroom includes the luxury of the bath in the bedroom itself plus an ensuite shower room.

    A family bedroom on the lower floor has 2 single bunks as well as the extra long king or twin beds and a SMART TV.  So kids or teenagers can use this room to watch a film away from the main living area.  The ensuite for this family room has a bath.

    Location

    The apartment is just 50m from the Pleney lift which is the main lift in Morzine.

    The village with all the shops, bars and restaurants is on the door step.

    The SuperMorzine cable car is 500m away.  You can jump on le Petit Train from the Pleney telecabine which will drop you at the SuperMorzine lift every 10 minutes.

    The nearest supermarket is 200m away.

    We are offering more flexible stays throughout the summer season.  Check in at Penthouse 303 is available on Wednesday, Friday or Sunday.  You can check out on any day.  Minimum 7 nights, unless a shorter stay is shown in the table below.  We offer discounts for stays of 2 weeks or more.   Email us at info@elevationalps.com for a quote.
