Ferme Colline D’En Bas is a luxury self catered apartment on the lower floor of an historic chalet right in the heart of Morzine.  This large apartment has the perfect location, with restaurants and bars on the doorstep and both main ski/bike lift stations just 5 minutes walk away.  There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  The apartment has an outdoor private hot tub with views to the Pleney slopes.

Living Space

The living space is comprised of a sitting room and large kitchen diner which are linked by a large opening, so there are two separate rooms but the space feels open plan.

The modern kitchen is large and has everything you would expect in a self catered rental including a dishwasher, coffee machine and wine fridge. There is a large dining table with plenty of space for everyone.

The cozy living area has floor to ceiling windows and a view onto the Pleney piste beyond.  There is Wifi throughout and a SMART TV with UK cable.

Bedrooms

Of the 4 bedrooms, 3 have king sized beds or twins and one is a triple bunk room.  Two of the king sized bedrooms have an en-suite and the other shares a family bathroom with the bunk room.  The apartment has a full sized bath in one of the en-suite bathrooms.

Other Amenities

The apartment has a private entrance onto a driveway with space for 2 or 3 cars.  Your boot room is in the cave on the lower floor which also has a separate entrance. In here you will find boot warmers, ski racks plus the washer and dryer. Bikes can be securely stored here in the summer.  There is a large private garden and terrace with a hot tub.

This is the perfect chalet for those who want to be right in the centre of town, whilst enjoying a beautiful place to relax in.
